| Lord of the Nest- Spoiler:
Darkly's men may not have been as well trained as his counterpart from the Roost, or as pretentious in their armaments, but he had the numbers on him, by quite the way. And in the press of battle, no matter how gleaming a man's eyes were, two swords would usually be better than one, a lesson he seemed to have failed to inflict on his compatriot thus far. His own soldiers formed themselves up near the center of the column, and whether they brought steel or leather, sword or bow, each had a crow badge above his heart. Three, in fact. One white, and two smaller, black crows, to remind them all of who he was, and who they were. "As for the red, you can take it from Renly," he had told them, as they left his home. Now there was naught to caw but orders, and when that was done, he wheeled his white destrier about, and headed to the head, followed closely by five of his own man-at-arms; two bowmen, two infantrymen, and one of his two standard-bearers. They were his runners, his lieutenants, and so each were mounted.
Moving up beside the wyrmling lord, he took a smile, and paid in smirks. But at the question, his face darkened, appropriately. "Banditry, banditry... The last time I went to war, I was defending Storm's End, not taking it..." He sighed, watching the road ahead of them, and gritting his teeth when he saw that great castle looming there. It seemed to him that they rode in its shadow. "Renly is much like Rhaegar; vain, stupid, romantic," he made the last word a curse. "And just like him, he will owe his death to a Baratheon, be it Stannis, or himself. He thinks this a game because he was warm, while I ate horses and rats, I'd wager," Chuckling bitterly, he noted the look on his friend's face. "Even squires need to eat sometime,"
